Processing time

Every order is packed and shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday ship on the next business day.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and most countries worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to show the first update.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer.

Late, lost or damaged packages

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you — your choice.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you made a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will fix it before it ships.
