When you get your money

We process your refund within 2 business days of your request. It goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a free replacement or refund you — your choice.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you are still covered by the 30-day guarantee.

Free gifts

Free gifts (such as the tongue scraper) have no cash value and are not refunded separately.
